Please be informed that the only bank ATM machine(s) on Siargao Island are located in the main town of Dapa however only one of these ATM's will accept international credit and/or debit cards and is heavily utilised and often empty and/or unserviceable.
The acceptance, by vendors, of credit or debit cards on Siargao Island is extremely limited, if at all, and even then surcharges may apply, foreign currency exchange is, again, extremely limited, if at all, thus we urge guest(s) to ensure that they arrive on Siargao Island with sufficient local currency cash (Philippines Pesos) for the duration of their stay on Siargao Island.
